[Imc-worcester] Got thumbnails working

OK, due to popular demand our test site has
properly-working image uploading and thumbnailing.
It is basically just like the old site in that respect.
And better than Belgium IMC, I think.

Note that the work we're doing has nothing to do with
the current site, which has been screwing up today.
