There are some great Drupal anti-spam modules, but all of them
expect to see the user's IP number, which we're trying to keep
private from everything, so they break in crazy ways.

I think we've discussed spam at meetings, and we just delete it.
Our defacto policy on trolls and other problem posts is to deal
with them on an ad hoc basis.

We really do need to have a meeting if people want clarification or
a refresher on these issues.
