Regional Environmental Council to hold annual Spring Garden Forum and Seed
Exchange
Worcester, MA – The Regional Environmental Council will kick-off the
gardening season on March 28th will its annual Spring Garden Forum and
Seed Exchange. The event will take place from 11-3 at the Woo Pilgrim
Church at 911 Main Street in Worcester. Everyone interested in gardening,
community green spaces, and locally grown foods are invited to attend the
event. Throughout the day there will be featured workshops on starting
your own garden, composting, and using home grown foods. There will also
be children’s activities, live music, and a free seed exchange. This event
is free and open to the public. All are welcome to come and learn more
about the joy of gardening and the Regional Environmental council and its
various programs.
