[Ivdn-tech] upload error

Hi. I can't login to video.indymedia.org with my ftp client. I get this 
info:

FTP server:  video.indymedia.org
Username: ivdn-u87ez43
Password: ivdn-u87ez43
Port: 21

but every time i try to log in i get "permission denied".

any idea why?
