[Ivdn-tech] video uploading

hello

i uploaded a video of an occupation in the month of july in 
hesse/germany. i chose a german name (Film über die Neubesetzung des 
HMWK.mpg) but there's a problem with the german Ü, so i got an error:

While proccessing your request the following error occured:

*Fatal Error: invalid filename 'Film �ber die Neubesetzung des HMWK.mpg' 
given, exiting.*

i uploaded the video to "ivdn-74vgejf"

what can i do to change the name, so it works?!
