[Listwork] private archives and last changes.

Having had a quick look at the Mailman/Cgi/private script, I think that it
could be hacked up relatively simply to take into account when a specific
filename is non-existant, and to load it from a different directory. Also,
allowing reading of graveyarded private list archives seems easy once the 
tricky bit of loading up the mailing list pickles can be done.
