[Listwork] hidding posts.

oi,

if you dont mind, i'll patch mailman tomorrow so that it allows admins
to hide posts.  basically there's a cgi that unlinks stuffs and note
what's hidden in the list config file then hiden posts are skipped next
time the arch is regenerated (which can be cron'ed on something). 

the cgi is there:
