Yes, it is definately possible to do the translation gradually. If you
want to do just the front page, in the templates folder in the zip file,
there is a file called listinfo.html.
For the listworkers, this is what needs putting in Defaults.py to enable
the language (in addition to copying all the translations into place) -
I've said the utf-8 character set here, because I know burmese is
supported by unicode, but I don't know if this is the preferred
character set for burmese - suze/imc-burma, can you shed any light on this?
add_language('my', _('Burmese'), 'utf-8')
