Hi!
I have just setup a couple of spam filter on the imc-commwork list.
Actually i was very happy when I realized that there is now option to do
that now (the old now "legacy filter" never really seemed to work) got
happier when I realized that you can use regexp and match patterns
against the whole email (not just the sender, subject or whatever). And
I was even happier when I realized this really works.
However, in the beginning I was unaware of the exact syntax mailman uses
for regexp. Of course, it is the one used by python:
http://www.python.org/doc/current/lib/re-syntax.html
I just wanted to note this down as it might be a good addition to the
yet-to-come mailing list admins newsletter (as well as for the mailman
online help).
Greetings,
Alster
