Hi intelligence!
I've just spent two hours on overhauling the Listwork How-to.
I have only made minor changes to the text, it will probably still
contain lots of outdated information. However, the 'adding SA to a list'
paragraph, which was marked as being outdated, anyway, is now gone (but
still available in the former version of this document).
I've changed the overall structure of the How-to, tried to order things
a bit. Before, it suffered from what always happens when someone
introduces a "other" or "general" category: all new entries went there,
in the very bottom. Also, there were many main layers but few sublayers
inthe TOC hierarchy.
As a result of using </verbatim> tags within lines (i.e. not at the
beginning of lines), these tags were ignored, which also caused the last
5 topics not to show up on the TOC. This is now fixed. Please make sure
to always use <verbatim> tags alone on a single line and to use them
instead of <pre> (as <verbatim> is parsed by twiki while <pre> is not
and everything parseable by TWiki is preferrable over plain HTML).
I've also introduced a couple of variables. These are defined in the
very top of this Twiki topic in <!-- HTML remarks -->. Please use these
variables whenever adding new content and add new variables where it
makes sense. This will allow to quickly update the How-to in the future
if we make changes to Mailmans' setup.

If you'd like to take a look at the Twiki markup I used but are not
planning to edit the page, please look at
http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Sysadmin/ListWorkHowto?raw=on
I hope you are happy with the changes I made. If there's any need,
partial or full changes can be easily reverted by restoring a former
version of the page. In that case, please let me know what went wrong.
For your information: I'm still doing minor changes on this document
right now, so don't be too surprised if there's an edit lock on it.
Greetings,
Alster
