So it was just a misunderstanding. I had asked her to send the ssh key
to me:

... so i could set it up on the server for her and to make sure
everything works well this way (which is not always easy with SSH keys
as we all know).

She didn't reply so far so I assumed she would be busy and didn't have
time for it, yet.

Hmm, actually it seems there is no SSH key installed, yet:
sarai:~# ls -lah /home/ana/.ssh*
ls: /home/ana/.ssh*: No such file or directory

But I'm not sure if I got you correctly. Maybe this is still going to
happen? I'm not blaming Ana here at all, just trying to get everyone to
use SSH authentication as sarai has been allowing password auth much too
long in my opinion, and I think it should be the goal of people setting
up or reactivating accounts for others to work towards this, too.
