We do this at cascadiarising.org as well. I was wondering what you have to
do to get the thumbnails regenerated if you change their size in the
config file... I notice that "large image" that mir keeps also gets scaled
down if it is really large, at least for us.

I do like the idea of showing the file size with the thumbnail image, is
there a variable we can access to do that?
