We should add this kind of header info in index.html.

   <link rel="alternate" type="application/atom+xml" title="Atom"
href="portland.indymedia.org/atom.xml"/>
    <link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="RSS"
href="http://portland.indymedia.org/index.rdf"/>
     <link rel="EditURI" type="application/rsd+xml" title="RSD"
href="http://portland.indymedia.org/rsd.xml"/>

Is there an atom producer available for mir? is it worth having one?
Kellan, thoughts?

RSD is Really Simple Discovery
(see:http://archipelago.phrasewise.com/rsd) it would be nice to have
this too. i think this can just be a produce once kind of file.
