[mir-coders] updated LONG.INSTALL for mir-1.1

hi mir-coders,

So far i haven't learnt cvs etc.... (it's on my todo list...)

But i wanted to at least update the LONG.INSTALL in mir so
that new users can at least learn from my errors or confusion
in the 20030118 version. My version is 20050116 - that's just a
date, not cvs.

BTW: off-topic gossip: pl.indy has jumped from about 30,000 hits/day
(total from 2 static mirrors) to 300,000 hits/day in about 10 days,
probably mainly due to links/references from mainstream media, and with
some small contribution from indy global.
