why not upgrade an indymedia CMS to Web 2.0 running on Ruby on Rails with
Ajax, tagging and other social networking technology that is being used by
new dot.coms? it's kinda funny my new job with this dot.com bills itself
as the first independent media distributor,  funny eh. indymedia has spin
offs in sillicon valley.

there are many issues to deal with in adding tagging though, for instance
