[New-imc] QUEENS, NY, US (initial response)

I saw this and passed it on to the nyc imc folks. I also emailed dustin to
say I'd be interested in meeting. But I have not heard back yet.
Its been a long time since I helped an imc go through the formalities..i can
help with organizational advice but id need veteran support from this list
on the new imc process.
