[New-imc] Need info to revive Indymedia Edmonton

Hi,

My name is Libby, i am a menber of imc Netherlands and involved in newimc.
Thanks for your interest in reviving the Edmonton Indymedia. Since the 
site is dead and the collective seems to have fallen apart, getting 
throught the newimc process seems the road to take here. I suggest you 
try and get in touch with the old collective and see if any of its 
members would be interested to be a part of the new collective. Since 
there is no loger a mailig list you could make a call for former members 
on the general mailinglist for canada imc-canada at lists.indymedia.org 
<mailto:imc-canada at lists.indymedia.org> and get word out in the streets 
of Edmonton to attract old and new members.

May i suggest you hear around who might be interested, get togheter with 
those people and then file an application using the form you can find 
here http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Global/NewIMCForm there are also 
links to more background information on that page.

Please submit the form when you feel ready to start the process, then a 
volunteer will be found to help you through every step of the process.
