[New-imc] PROPOSAL TO SET UP NEW IMC

Hi there,

Clara in the Netherlands adviused me to contact you about the possibility / feasability of
setting up an IMC to cover the counties of Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire
calling it either 3Counties Indymedia or Luton Indymedia.

Clara said you would be able to give me some help and guidance on what to do etc.
She has sent you my original email.
