[New-imc] Online form: Proposed new IMC! (IMC Edmonton)

I will handle this application. I have already been in contact with, and 
have met personally in the past with, members of this group. It seems 
that this is a single individual who is internested in voulenteering, 
not a true application. I will put him in contact with the organizers of 
the IMC Alberta.
