Hello Ana,

Thanks for taking the initiative to volunteer for the work.   
I would suggest though, to not remove the previous administrators. Some people, like Bart, have done a lot of work for this new-imc work-group.  Even if he may not be active right now, he might return at some point, or be able to serve as a back up when another admin is not able.
