Wow!

Its very encouraging to see all of the support for Kamloops to be 
recognized as an IMC. I never thought that I would see the day where a 
thread on new IMC asked a group to reenter the process!

I had the good fortune to meet up with Clara in Vancouver this week. I 
think that we came to a rough agreement about how to move forward with 
the Kamloops application. I think that the solution that we discussed 
(some cahnges to the structure of the Editorial Policy) should turn out 
to be a good thing for the network as a whole.

I will discuss reforwarding the application with the collective on Friday.
