It is slow, but it isn't stalled. I hope that this weekend we'll figure
out remaining (minor) disagreements and produce a final version of
editorial policy and decision-making procedure that we can put up for
consensus call.

I am subscribed to imc-process, imc-communication, imc-europe, and
imc-tech. Another member of our team, lumpen, is attending #belarus and
#ru channels on irc.indymedia.org (see

I can't say anything about going faster, but I think we had quite a
thorough discussion of our mission statement, editorial policy, and
decision-making process document. Once we have finished with that,
we'll proceed with principles of unity and membership criteria, I don't
think it will require as much discussion, since most of this is already
there in our policy document.
