IMHO there is a chance of consensus to create a new list rather
than opening control of the old list.

(If people feel that the old list is a problem, then that could be one
of the themes, among others, on the new list. There's no need to sort
that out in new-imc IMHO.)

IMHO it would be good if bsalameh and rona could email new-imc directly 
(it seems that bsalameh did email but his/her email is waiting to be
moderated?), since list admins should be people able to communicate directly
with the network, it seems to me.
