lubna: i think what you are saying is that you (lubna + kidar194)
wish to retain admin control of the imc-palestine mailing list, 
and that you consider that an IMC Palestine collective still exists.

Note: the 3rd and 4th admins of the list (see bottom of
  http://lists.indymedia.org/mailman/listinfo/imc-palestine )

are niclae at eudoramail.com, volorondinellaa at yahoo.it but their
emails bounced when i tried.

So probably better is to create a new list. i'll suggest a draft of 
a proposal in the following email. The important thing is to create
a list where issues can be discussed fully and openly, since otherwise
we need to keep cc-ing people, etc etc.

The discussion is not about a committee - it's just a list of people
with admin access to the mailing list for reorganising  imc-palestine.
