[New-imc] PROPOSAL NEW MAILING LIST imc-ps-process VERSION 1.0 (fwd)

Dear Everyone,
The new IMC Palestine process held the meeting online and dicussed the issue of creating a new list for IMC Palestine.
Those who attended the online-meeting on Wednesday between 8-10:30 Palestine time, (GMT +3 Est +7) agreed to start a new list to be called IMC-PAL and to assign the following as list admins:
George, Raad, Lubna, Bilal, Saed, and Osama

A ticket has been issued to create the list, and we are waiting for it to be approved by the listwork.

There will be more meetings soon, in addition, the list will be the official platform where IMC Palestine issues to be discussed.
The decision was that the list will be unmoderated for list members, and moderated for nonmembers.

We need your input always to ensure a sucessful reactivation of IMC Palestine.
