El papel formal del "enlace" es probablemente solamente necesario en
imc-process e imc-finance - éste significa que IMC Venezuela confía
en a esta persona para comunicar ofertas en ambas direcciones
local-a-globales, global-a-local. En imc-tech, usted debe tener
alguien el querer comunicarse y el querer aprender algo sobre
ediciones del tech y comunicarse exacto y claramente. La ayuda de tech
de otros imc de Latina es aceptable comenzar con, pero al largo plazo,
sería el mejor que la gente local aprende habilidades del tech - el
conocimiento y la autonomía más locales, el mejor :).

Preguntamos que cualquier imc nuevo tiene ayuda de otro imc existente
(preferiblemente regional). Ésta es una expresión *político* de la
ayuda, ayuda técnica no justa. Significa que el otro colectivo le
conoce como un grupo, él está en contacto el bueno, él es confidente
que usted es un grupo sostenible, abierto etc. Podría usted pedir por
favor uno de los imc (e.g. en su región sea el más razonable - quizá
colombia o brasil?) ¿- para conseguir conocerle y después enviar su
decisión de la ayuda al grupo de funcionamiento new-imc?

* Había también una preocupación de petros por cómo la política
editorial se relaciona con la "propaganda del estado". pienso que
alguien dio una respuesta, pero no sé si esto era una respuesta del
conjunto colectivo, y no sé si petros todavía consideran esto ser
una preocupación.

Depende cuánto hora usted como toma colectiva de hacer los puntos
restantes (véase arriba). Señale por el punto que contesta a los
criterios de la calidad de miembro y los principios de la unidad a
veces pueden ser más difíciles que esperados. Puede revelar que hay
dificultades que usted pues un colectivo no estaba enterado sobre
anterior...

Apenas tengo una sugerencia - de lo que entiendo, hay muchos, muchas
estaciones de la radio de la comunidad en Venezuela, y usted se parece
tener gente por lo menos de tres de éstos actualmente activos en el

Yes, please. Your answers do not necessarily need to be "yes" - the
most important thing is that you as a collective know what your answer
is.  Some of your answers might be "we don't have consensus, we're
working on it", or, hypothetically speaking, it could be "we
disagree".  Some answers might be "Yes, this is already in our mission
statement:

But it's important for you as a collective, and also to help other
collectives get to know you and feel comfortable with working together
with you.

So i think what remains is:

* Answers to membership criteria
* Answers to principles of unity
* Please put some "liaisons" (not representatives) on the following lists:
- http://lists.indymedia.org/mailman/listinfo/imc-process
- http://lists.indymedia.org/mailman/listinfo/imc-finance
- http://lists.indymedia.org/mailman/listinfo/imc-tech  (a tech person)

The formal "liaison" role is probably only necessary on imc-process
and imc-finance - this means that IMC Venezuela trusts this person to
communicate proposals in both directions local-to-global,
global-to-local.  On imc-tech, you should have someone willing to 
communicate and willing to learn something about tech issues and 
communicate precisely and clearly. Tech support from other latina
imc's is ok to start off with, but in the long term, it would be best
that local people learn tech skills - the more local knowledge and
autonomy, the better :).

* It would be good to have someone to help communicate regionally and
globally on:

and any other lists. Please make sure that people know that they can
join any list on http://lists.indymedia.org and help in general
communication.

* One more important point: it's not on the wiki because noone put it

We ask that any new imc have support from another (preferably regional)
existing imc. This is an expression of *political* support, not just
technical support. It means that the other collective knows you as a 
group, they are in good contact, they are confident that you are a
sustainable, open group etc. Could you please ask one of the imc's
(e.g. in your region would be most reasonable - maybe colombia or 
brasil?) - to get to know you and then send their decision of support
to the new-imc working group?

* There was also a concern from petros about how the editorial policy 
relates to "State propaganda". i think someone gave an answer, but
i don't know if this was an answer from the whole collective, and i 
don't know if petros still considers this to be a concern.

It depends how much time you as a collective take to do the remaining
points (see above). Point-by-point answering the membership criteria
and principles of unity sometimes can be more difficult than expected.
It may reveal that there are difficulties that you as a collective were
not aware about earlier...

i just have a suggestion - from what i understand, there are many, many
community radio stations in Venezuela, and you seem to have people from
at least three of these presently active in the collective. Here there's
another community radio station in Caracas you might want to contact:
