It's not primarily a discussion about *how* people in palestine should
do things.

It's mainly a discussion of whether or not "internationals" such as
jenka and i are allowing and encouraging people in palestine to do
things themselves including networking with their local IMCs such as
IMC Cyprus.

i agree that it's a bit unclear whether imc-palestine or new-imc was
the best list (though i'm fairly sure that private email was a bad
idea). Since jenka and i are both internationals, i thought it better
on new-imc to avoid continued "interference" on the imc-palestine
list.
