[New-imc] docs.indymedia.org is down

imc-tech archive and irc channel #tech show that techies are working on 
it - something to do with physically moving some of the servers and problems
in the new setup, AFAIK.

you can get stuff from the google archives, or from the wayback machine
http://www.archive.org 
and send it by email if something's really urgent.
