[New-imc] some new-imc need contacts!

Hey Jay, gaba and new-imc
 I can try to help with juarez too.  I haven't ever helped a new-imc get
off the ground but i'm willing to try. I've also talked with the person
who sent the new-imc juarez email in the past.
