[New-imc] gaba/onto working with Juarez, gaba with pueblos originarios

Great!  Gaba has offered to help with pueblos originarios and juarez, onto 
with juarez as well.

Anyone willing to help with Darwin, Tobasco or Brest?

Since we've been make more of a conscious move toward decentralization, the 
first part of the work in helping the new-imcs will probably be finding 
someone in the local area who will be able to either sponsor or co-sponsor 
the groups in question.  That may mean answering some questions about the 
new-imc process from both the aspiring IMC and the nearby local IMC that 
agreess to sponsor them.  For example, when the Cleveland IMC sponsored the 
Columbus IMC there was a whole lot of back and forth between all of us with 
everyone asking lots of questions about the new-imc process.  So, it was a 
bit more work on my end to help them make that connection, but ultimately I 
think it was worth it.
