[New-imc] Still no discussion on 'disafilliation' and the legitimacy of the expulsions

Our collective has been running an indymedia (http://dimc.axxs.org/) while Cam and Stacy's  preferred collective have been lying to oceania and stalking, threatening and assaulting us at our homes.

Mr "comradeship" Greggs couldn't even meet with our collective in Darwin as arranged and simply ignores his preffered collective's lies and thuggish behaviour. So his "open mind" is a nonsense.

As sydney have hosted racist attacks on our collective and ugly personal attacks on me for years, as well as constantly interfering in our affairs - my opinion that Cameron and Stacy believe they are superior to us - is strengthened.

Given Cameron's criteria, we are merely responding to some very ugly behaviour which includes lies by Stacy and preference to the liars and thugs who created this mess.

Our "opinion" on whether we need to apply to new-imc or not - is as valid as Cam and Stacy's - but has not been tested. 

The belief that the people we expelled are suitable to run an indymedia is of course ludicrous, as Cam would be far angrier with us - if we stalked him at his home and threatened and assaulted him. 

Unless these factors are included and discussion on whether or not our collective has in fact been disafilliated occurs - Oz indymedia will be seen as a rubber-stamp for Cam's "powers-that-be" and guilty of continuing an ugly injustice against a vindicated and righteously outraged collective.

In which case Oz indymedia does not deserve to exist. 

Cam can be angry about justifiable criticism about sydney's role in this matter - but I am supposed to "...be humble" after a year of this unjust crap.

Once again we see our inferior status in the eyes of people who support liars, thugs, sexists and the racism which saw our Aboriginal members ignored and vilified on sydney.indymedia.

You bet I'm angry. As would be any innocent person. Our url should be returned as we did not lose it - we lost our site for refusing to allow the expelled people's lies to force us into meeting with them. Our right and a decision justified by the evidence that vindicated us. 

Cam's talk of "comradeship" ignores our being unjustly treated as liars by Oz indymedia, the ugly behaviour we have endured at our homes and the total lack of local support for the unethical people Cam and Stacy support.

Our proposal is as valid as that of two demonstrably biased people who are reduced to using the 'mick bad' argument so beloved of Trolls/racists and others unable to argue facts coherently.

We want some discussion from others to determine the legitimacy of opposing claims before any new-imc process is decided. Anything else is unjust and an attempt to rush matters through without qualification. Not even the State act that badly.

Cam -   Mick and others are free to setup an indymedia site. They should go  through new-imc to acheive this, in my opinion.

 I am not "handing over" anything. All I have done is direct a group of people to the processes they need to go through to obtain an indymedia.org subdomain. If any indymedia collective has a problem with Gary and others getting an indymedia.org subdomain, they can block their application when it is passed to imc-process of final approval.


During my time on this list I have tried to help both sides, pointing out what i think they need to do to get an indymedia back up. Gary/Rob/fiona have acted pleasantly and got on with it. Mick on the other hand has responded with abuse to myself, stacy, and at sydney indymedia.

I came into this list with an open mind, hoping to help all parties, but since that time Mick has just abused me. I am no longer concerned with what happened when the domain got taken away, or with what happened between the vairous parties that were the Darwin IMC. Now I am pissed off. I made an attempt, to the best of my ability to help Mick, but have been abused in return. He has attacked me on a personal level, and also attacked sydney indymedia, which involves more that just stacy and me. Which means he has attacked people that have nothing to do with this whole situation. Micks behaviour indicates that he is unfit to be a comradely IMCer. My problem is with Mick, not with any of the people he works with.

So now this about the lies/lible of Mick since I became involved in the resolve list. He has shown he cannot interact without twisting peoples statements into lies, attacking and abusing.
