Hi,

Since theere is obviously an interest to dialogue, proposals and 
counter-proposals going on, it seems fair to give ourselves more time.

I'd like to propose we extend our deadline by one more day, until we can 
come to some shared final statement.

Can someone summarize where we are with our new-imc process now?

Has Nick removed his Block?
Has Smush removed his Block?

Do we have a proposed statement?
Are there parts of a statement on which we agree (there's consensus) and 
other parts that we are still working on?
Do we have liaison?
Do we have consensus on what the liaison is empowered (and directed) to do?
