Sorry folks if my wording a few posts back was unclear when I said:

"I continue to stand opposed to the disaffiliation proposal, both as
originally proposed, and as amended."

As 2.3 from this list is silent on the question of disaffiliation itself 
it is by implication in support of it insofar as it does not stand in 
the way of it happening, and as such I do not support sending it to imc 
process.

It was 2.3 I was refering to when I said "and as amended." but I should 
have been more explicit about that.
