I think the issue is still pressing, putting it off isn't going to  
deal with the problem, it will more than likely just dissipate  
energy. I think new-imc has a responsibility to respond to concerns  
of IMCs in a timely manner, especially as Melbourne is currently not  
making any revised proposals in an effort to give new-imc the chance  
to communicate it's understanding of the situation to the network. No  
one has proposed a specific deadline but the quicker it is clarified  
the sooner we can all move on. I'd suggest early next week would be  
optimal.
