Nick, we agree on this. Our statement, as both you and Boud have often 
said, must not be "telling" imc-process what to do, must not exceed our 
jurisdiction.


Our work as new-imc is to look at the candidate groups and the future 
relationship they will have with our network, through building a 
workable relationship with them according to the principles of unity, 
editorial policy, etc.
