[New-imc] second call for new list of concerns for Arafura IMC

Hi Newimc,

recently i sent an email to this list calling for an updated list of 
concerns for Arafura IMC.

Petros was the only one to answer.

So the list of concerns now simply contains:
- More direct communication from the Arafura IMC members.


Is there anything else anyone wants to add to this list?

What are the steps from here to propose Arafura IMC to the network.
