i'm not sure to understand what do you say :/
I say just that a new indymedia collective can work for their newimc
documents alone if it know (and accept) the indymedia principles
(consensus & horizontal way, openpublishing, etc)

anyway, anybody of an indymedia collective knowing the imc process/newimc
procedures can be a part of the new imc collective...
