(en) wadada sent his request 19 days ago, there was some discussion
and AFAIK nobody objected. The new-imc "formal" standard deadline for
internal decision-making is 3 days. So i think that's a fairly clear
passive consensus decision accepting that wadada can help the italian
imcs through the process.

3 jours. Il me semble donc que ce soit une decision par consensus passif
assez clair acceptant que wadada puisse aider les imcs italiens dans le
processus.
