I can tell you what i've seen about agreed procedures in the new-imc list.
I think it's enough to communicate to the new imc list own availability 
to follow the collective that you want.
Then, i suppose, you join the imc list of the chosen collective by 
getting help from the contact name of the that collective.

Here you are, that's fine ;-) It would be fine as well if there were 
wadada as helper/volunteer who is still waiting to be added in the list 
after passed list consensus. ;-)
