[New-imc] Possible Harrisburg PA IMC

Hi new-imc,

I can't remember if I responded to this yet....

I grew up in Harrisburg and have talked with Dave a few times.  I'll 
happily be their new-imc liaision.

Also, the forming Lancaster, Pennsylvania, the forming Harrisburg IMC 
and the PhillyIMC are talking about forming some kind of regional IMC 
network.  I'll keep you all posted.
