Addressing the Digital Divide
TALKING TO THE COMMUNITY YOU BEGIN TO REALIZE THE MOST VALUABLE TRACES OF A LOST NEIGHBORHOOD ARE NOT THE TRACES LEFT ON CITY STREETS OF FILED IN ARCHIVES.  THEY RESIDE IN THE SOUL OF A COMMUNITY AS MOMENTS, SOUNDS AND SMELLS HELD IN IMAGINATION, THE TOOLS OF PERSONAL INTERPRETATION WE
 ALL POSSESS.Inner cities became home to African Americans who migrated here from all over the United States, and immigrated from parts of the world, part melting pot and part cultural mosaic. It is my position to assist in the challenge and preservation of all our contributions while passing the wisdom to our youth, we must teach them how and who to network with, their lives depend on it.
