No decision was taken ... in fact there were two objections that have
been presented to imc-commwork but anyway -

Hmmm... I never had one! not sure i needed it? I can't even remember how
the imcs i helped join got their imc on the cities list, I guess I just
"sent" them to the process or communication or dns lists, I hope not to
have given people unnecessary work ... should i have yet another
password then ;) ?

Would be good to know who they are so the rest of us can ask them -
