[New-imc] imc patras almost there

Hey all,

After quite some time, sending docs back and forth, we now (hope!) we are
ready to apply to join the global imc network! Many thanks to boud and
akop for their invaluable help.

The texts we were missing are now online:

The website is being launched this week so it would be excellent to
officially join the imc network and have an indymedia.org domain as soon
as possible.

would be.
