i think you're nearly there. Let's see:

http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Global/NewImcHowTo

PoU: Did your collective prepare its answers to the Principles of Unity?
You might not agree with all of them, but the idea is that it is better
for (firstly) your local collective (and secondly, the network) to know how
you (the collective) feel about the different points:

http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Global/PrinciplesOfUnity

Could you give us your responses to this?

Also:
https://docs.indymedia.org/view/Global/NewImcHowTo#membership_criteria_h_and_i_glob

We usually recommend for you to have some liaisons on the following global
lists - the aims, communication style, efficiency, intensity of each list
are quite different, but as a network, we want to try to stay in contact
with each other:

http://lists.indymedia.org/mailman/listinfo/imc-process
http://lists.indymedia.org/mailman/listinfo/imc-finance
http://lists.indymedia.org/mailman/listinfo/imc-tech

and on a regional list such as:
http://lists.indymedia.org/mailman/listinfo/imc-europe

On imc-process especially, the liaison needs to be someone accepted by
your collective to do communication in both directions, and emails
sent to imc-process should be in at least two languages, preferably at
least one language should be english or spanish. See
  http://lists.indymedia.org/mailman/listinfo/imc-process
for more details.
