[New-imc] reviving Tampa Bay IMC, looking for hosting

Greetings,

While the Tampa Bay IMC is still on the cities list, they have been
inactive for over a year. There currently is a core of 6 new members
(including myself) that would like to revive the collective. This is
endorsed by 3 old collectives members, who have committed to providing
guidance and support. We are keeping all the same policies and
agreements (same mission statement, editorial policy, membership
criteria, organizational structure/procedures, etc.) as well as
mailing list and dns (tampabay.indymedia.org). The only changes are
the main contact (Christina Bates, 813-310-3926, cebates at gmail.com)
and tech contact (myself, 352-613-0621, dejitarob at gmail.com). We have
held two public meetings thus far and have reached out to all
previously supporting organizations that are still active. Most new
members have previously worked together in various local causes and
are eager to get started on rebuilding this important resource for
activities and community members.

I am writing primarily to see if this resurrection of the collective
is acceptable by Indymedia standards, and if we need to do anything
else. Also, we would like to inquire if any collective has space to
host our website. If not, can anyone recommend cheap yet reliable
commercial hosts? a2hosting.com seems to be the cheapest we could find
with mysql/php support and decent bandwidth. Thanks!

Peace,
Rob
