There are many different groups, who are involved into developing this project. For example, group of media-activists from piter.indymedia.org

introductory_statement:
We want to participate in Indymedia network, because IMC is the best platform for creating free news sourse. We want to collect, to agregate in our IMC lots of information about political life in the South of Russia, that official mass-media won't publish.

resources:
We have a server, where our project exists and a bandwith about 10 mbit/s, but we going to make it up to 100 soon. We have some organizing skills, because some of our members already have participated in creating IMC piter.indymedia.org

outreach:
We've made a meeting in town Krasnodar (it's one of most big cities in the south of Russia), where came about 30-40 people from different towns of Russia. We talked a  lot about creating new IMC and we are still developing it in our maillist.

identity_makeup:
Our collective consists of people who are involved in different organisations in that region. Naturally that we haven't any restrictions in gender or cultural relations.

steps_represent_diversity:
We have a free publication technology on our site, so everyone can post something to our news block. And a member of any underrrepresented group can do this, and he even can make a contact with us via the site to me a member of our collective too.

steps_involve_new_workfields:
Now we are talking about that into maillist, because it's an important problem. We try to let the information be free, and we try to tell our members everything that we know about this workfield, rather new for some of our members.
