so here are some answers to introduce myself:

Freiburg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. I worked with IMC Germany and IMC 
Switzerland in the past.

> procedures, translation teams, feature teams etc...

I write articles, publish photos, organize and do translations. I was a 
moderator of de.indymedia.org and did editorial work. I helped organizing a 
nation-wide IMC meeting and I am currently helping to organize a local 
meeting.

German, English, French

> 5) which new collectives have you assisted, you currently assist, or
> you are willing to assist in future?

We try to decentralise Indymedia in Germany. We want to create a new IMC for 
South West Germany. If more local collectives form, I am willing to help 
them.

I'd like to share my experiences I am going to make while creating the new IMC
