[New-imc] moderation

hi new-imc,

(en) i'm just forwarding these 4 emails to the list. i don't see why
moderators have any right to make this de facto finalising of
decision-making in private instead of public.

(fr) je forwarde ces 4 mels a la liste. je ne vois pas pourquoi des
moderateurs-rices aurait un droit a finaliser la prise de decision en
prive plutot qu'en public.
