I did not think that my mail proposing some help would cause so much
discussion. I do administer quite a few mailing lists and thought that this
would be a small contribution as I do not have enough experience yet to help
a new collective through the new imc-process.
My motivation to join the new imc-working group was to help another German IMC
through the process. I do think it is much easier to communicate in ones
mother tongue, especially when bureaucracy is required to be managed. I wrote
this in my introductory mail:
http://lists.indymedia.org/pipermail/new-imc/2008-April/0411-13.html
I started by translating the questionaire in German:
http://lists.indymedia.org/pipermail/new-imc/2008-April/0411-m0.html
Now I follow the discussions on this list to learn how the new imc-process
works as I found it quite complex und uninviting. To administer this list is
just a small proposal to start helping in some way in a global working group
by doing something that I already have experience with. With my last mails to
the new imc-process victoria.indymedia.org I tried to moderate, as
administering a list is not really a lot of work.
Best wishes, Bart
