[New-imc] moderation

I was under the impression this *had* been sent to the list; my checking
with -owner was simply a final check.

Can we set a deadline for this request?  Give people two weeks to object?

J'avais l'impression que cette question avait été deja envoyé à la liste,
je voulais simplement confirmer avec -owner que toute est bien.

Est-ce q'on peut fixer une date limite pour cette demande?  Donnez deux
semaines pour objet?

(Ca fait longetemps que j'ai parler Francais...)
